    The colorist is legally required to refrain from grossing out the readers. Therefore, the colour looks more tame than it really is.

    Maybe Richard wanted the tie to be pale green to show just how sensitive the Otterloop men are. Or maybe sly humor on the part of the colorist? Or he/she ran out of eye-pounding green?
