Alice: her Happy Dance! Petey: gloom, doom, and despair!

I get you Petey, but we just can’t resist the beach. I like it a night and in November too.

I often miss the obvious: I read your comment and wondered where Sonava Beach was….30 seconds later, the lightbulb clicked on! Slow, but I get there eventually! LOL

And sharks have been around all summer, east and west coast. Don’t forget them.

“Petey will probably get attacked by seaweed.”
When my younger daughter was around two, her father took her out into the nearby Gulf of Mexico. Seaweed abounded in its water. She bellowed, “GET ME OUTTA HERE!!” and for years preferred to sit on the beach and watch us frolic in the water. She had a lot of the same issues as Petey

Don’t forget the seagulls. They like people food.

Wonder if they have greenhead flies like those at south NJ shores? Talk about itchy! Salt water, sand and sun are nothing compared to those vicious biters.

Fric: “You almost hit that guy on the side of the road.”
    Frac: “Oh, yeah?”
    Fric:“Yeah, and he’s from Florida.”
    Frac: “How can you tell?”
Fric: “He was shouting something about sunny beaches.”
