I had Indian-British curry while in England last year and it didn’t seem spicy. But as for a specific Thai-American curry during my birthday also last year (one month after returning from England), THAT was spicy.

You shouldn’t eat in such a big curry like that Crumb.

Water won’t help. What you really need is something milk based like a lassi.

Try eating a Papaya salad in Thailand. Loaded with chilli.

yogurt helps reduce the “fire”

Indian spiced Chai also helps moderate the fire.

Sometimes noodles or anything like the home fries at Bourbon Street grill helps with the ‘fire’,
Or, supposedly, tea.
