That doesn’t matter to me, since I don’t eat at Subway. However they promise to make sure that from now on they will all be 12".

I don’t care one way or the other. I LOVE my local Subway! Friendly staff, they treat me well. I’m usually there every Friday night and have no complaints about the freshness of the food either.

You get the same amount of food anyway since they count or measure out the ingredients and the bread dough comes in pre-made portions that they bake. A slightly shorter format shouldn’t matter- you still get everything you paid for. And I’m with Dry- my local Subway is clean, the staff is friendly- and I love the teriyaki chicken sandwiches!

Aren’t they delicious? And so is their tuna, and meatball marinara. Yum, yum! Now I’m hungry! :-D

It’s the oil they use. Nearly all fast food is engineered to be high in Omega 6 fats. Omegal six fats produce cannabinoids in the brain. IOW, they give you the munchies without the fun.
It’s not you vs appetite, it’s you vs craftily engineered foods meant to make you eat more.
