    Actually I heard govt. workers are not allowed to text message each other in the morning….it gives them nothing to do for the rest of the day.

    DigitalFrog.. we didn’t have text messaging when I was working for Govt. We had just barely learned how to program our new toy (a computer) to run the office football pools.
