I think that if Michael hadn’t become a writer when he grew up, he would have made an excellent lawyer or politician! He definitely has a knack for talking people into seeing things his way!!!!! ;-)
Growing up, my parents told me that once I was in another person’s house, I was bound by their rules. So if a friend’s parents told me “no”, that carried the same weight as my parents telling me no.
