Sadly, many times it is the late bloomers – bullied who want a career in law enforcement. The hang with others like themselves(not unlike a gang – except they have the high moral ground) and then – after they catch up in growth, they train to be officers – some actually make it. And then they are free to do the things that the other kids did – like Fred Shultz(Bambi Bembenek’s husband)
