@Breanna—add in that the same ‘Medicare cuts’ math (actually, cuts to providers) is EXACTLY the same as in Ryan’s budget. He KNEW that (or should’ve—it’s his budget) but repeated the lie anyway.

Even Fox is calling Ryan a liar (well, it takes one to know one…).Brit Hume pinned down Ryan for numbers that don’t add up (and, let’s face it, are not meant to add up).
