The greatest gravies are from the turkey drippings (prefferably Prime Turkey or Butterball) or chicken bouillons, goes great with instant mashed potatoes!!!!

Chips (fries to you Transatlanticans) with gravy? And cheese? I thought I had some strange ideas but that is beyond bizarre!.I hate my roast potatoes to be in gravy – they’ve got to be crispy.
