    A day or so after I had my first daughter, I gave birth to a sponge. By then it was a dried out, hard little devil. :-O

    yeah, right! you have so many covers on you when you go into surgery there’s nowhere on you anything could fall out of. If her wedding ring had fallen into the surgical incision she should be a lot more worried about infection than anything else.
