My first thought rattlesnake too, but bet it is something funny. I hope it’s funny anyway. lol

Rattlesnakes usually don’t rattle any more—that habit got a lot of them killed.

While rattlesnakes are much more common when you go east to the desert, several of my favorite hiking areas here in the Willamette Valley have warnings posted about them.
