Looking at Cicero’s size, I wonder how shortly after the wedding the ferrotype was taken?

I didn’t realize Mrs. Mutt and Cicero were in the strip as far back as 1916. There were so many later strips through the years showing Mutt and Jeff sharing a bed, I thought marriage came much later. Thats the first time I have seen her as other than blonde.

@Arye UygurIt’s a sarcastic comment relating to a person eating far more than another person believes they should. It means they are holding more food than their stomach could therfore their legs must be hollow…
