One of the people who died locally was a mentally ill teenager – not on drugs, which was the problem. He hadn’t been taking his medication. Another was seriously injured in a car accident. I would be reasonably certain a minority of those who have died were high when tased. The darn things should be banned.

In almost all cases, it was tachycardia and heart collapse from meth or cocaine. People in drugged frenzies and Tasers tend to attract each other.
