    the controls were done after the 30’s to prevent that sort ofthing…they were removed and now look at the situation…theunmitigated greed and lack of ethics needs to be controled

    This is the same S.E.C. that would be all over Romney if he had done something illegal, correct?-The same SEC that never figured out the Bernie Madoff situation despite getting information about it?

    libor was unregulated. rate fixing. only benefited the banks, not economy or everyone else. and, screwed over local gov’ts who issued bonds. break up the banks.
