£10 million (a tad under $16 million) for a massive 2 week long sports festival in a £5+ billion campus that will be attended by estimated 9+ million people, prominent athletes, celebrities, and heads of state from all over the globe, AND be watched at home by untold millions all over the world? Considering the size and scope of the festival, as well as number of potential targets, does £10 million seem like unduly huge amount?
