I think the ump is actually ejecting Amanda for biting off a couple of her fingers. It looks like that pointy finger got nibbled all the way down to the first knuckle.
…now it is obvious why Dr. Pearl was watching the game….Mimi has lost complete control of the squad! A toddler running out on the field, thug players and a general lack of institutional control! Wildcat will surely have something to say….
What does “torches” mean? Is that new talk or old slang? And I agree that the catcher-batter business is as big a mystery as Bobby’s strategy for winning Darby.
Not sure I understand what has transpired between catcher and batter……..an assault in the batter’s box? Unusual I am sure for prison baseball, and in 16 year old girl’s softball?
Like I said the other day, apparently the catcher stuck her leg behind the batter and shoved her over backwards. Just too odd of a thing to do. I would think that would warrant a suspension by the league.
Although it was nice of the ump to show up 5 minutes later and eject her. Where was she, in the ladies room?
