If turnabout were fair play
Woman: 3000 suspected militants have been killed in an airstrike against a safe house along the remote border region between New York and New Jersey.
Man: "Suspected"? by whom?
Woman: You are so fired.
Jet airliners are incredibly fragile. When one hits the ground head-on, you end up with a pile of fragments in a small crater. Look up ValueJet flight 592.The twin towers fell the way they did because of the way that they were built. The Empire State Building would not fall that way if hit by an airliner. The Sears Tower wouldn’t fall that way, etc.The political system afterwards… you have a point, but you’re still too over the top about it.
A few hundred thousand “wrongs” don’t make a “right”. Sorry, but the “equivalency” of the victims in the WTC, and a little girl, 8 years old, in her kitchen outside Baghdad, with the back of her head blown off, is where it lies. “Man’s inhumanity to Man”, is actually men with small gonads taking it out on women and children, and taking their “rationale” from a rather insanity promoting book that gives MEN all the power.
There are only two rules to war. 1) End it quickly. 2) Win.“Nice” isn’t in there. Would you have had Truman hold off on the A-bomb because civilians would be killed?
Comparing a B-25 to a 757, fuel loads, size, weight, etc, isn’t viable. Comparing the capacity for blind ignorant hate of one human culture for another, is far more viable, but prejudice prevents true analysis of motive, or actions.

So what is Ted’s solution? Turn the other cheek or wait for DNA evidence?

9/11 was unjustified. So are drone strikes.

Foreign conquerors never give due process until after occupation, sometimes.

People worship violence. The rest is only to be expected.

Maybe if we make enough wrongs, we’ll eventually get it right?

War is not good for children, or other living things. (But for some, it is highly profitable.)

I love how Ted makes everyone get their freak on. Obviously, self-reflection is not an American virtue, if it ever was.

We need a war on war!
