Yes, it does explain why putting him in “solitary” would PREVENT “cruel and unusual punishment”!!

You know nothing of a major news story that happened in a bordering state yet you spout endlessly about everything else. Hmm, interesting.

Is it of any interest that the most determined, and vitriolic, “conservative” statements and opinions consistently come from those LEAST aware of (or willing to accept) the FACTS?
