Zonker: I just feel this is work I was born to do, Zip. And recently, there was a... well, a sign! Zipper: What sort of sign, Uncle Zonk? Zonker: You'd never believe it. Zipper: Try me! Plant: Say you'll take my seeds to California! Say it! Zonker: I'll take your seeds to California. Zipper: Why wouldn't I believe that? Zonker: Oh, right. You're a Harris.

We learned that Prohibition not only doesn’t work, it makes criminals rich. Grass should be taxed and regulated like alcohol is. I also think nearly every drug should be. Then spend half of the billions we spend now on enforcement to create treatment centers for those stupid enough to use hard drugs. We would spend less that we do now on trying to stop them. We spend many many billions when you consider enforcement, judicial, and punishment costs.
