Well, DUH.
Yeah, well the Chinese still seem to have problems with simple ideas like this. Their recent fireworks fire/explosion was caused by a candle factory catching on fire. Said factory was on the second floor of the fireworks storeroom. DUH!!!
Can you imagine their Workmans Compensation Insurance rates?!
