I remember this strip and questioning why Warbucks leaves his dying friend with no real answer to his question.

How many of us would say to our dying friend “my dying old friend”? Insensitive at best.

@davidf42I don’t know either. In panel 1 he looks like 2 years past dead. In P2 I’d guess about 97.
