    He needs to understand – to a woman it IS al about being SEEN looking great, I agree that some foldup slippers in your purse are good (heels – not boots)

    @Nicky I agree. Your best bet in Europe is to wear clothes with subtle colors and comfortable shoes (Keens are always great – and not as noticeable as brand new sneakers.) Also, carry an anti-theft bag of some sort (e.g., hidden money belt, or one of those great bags from Pacsafe.)

    I just had to comment about yesterday’s strip (I read this every other day – means I get 2 comics at once! Heh.) Claire and Paul are NOT married, to my knowledge anyway. They would’ve done something on a wedding or legal papers or such, which I haven’t seen (read ’em all).

    I also agree. Please try to blend in and not be an obnoxious tourist that only adds to the stereotype. You know you did fine if someone speaks to you in their native language.
