It is easy to freeze bubbles. Just make her go outside without a coat.

Pasquale doesn’t ‘carrot’ all about how cold it is, but the snowman cares. He doesn’t want to melt.
The snowman might want to ‘scarf up’ some of those bubbles!
It apparently can be done when is the air temperature is -5 C (13 F) or lower, not that cold for northern climes. Many times as a child I was sent outside at 0 F or colder to “blow the stink off” ( translation, to get out from under Mom’s feet).
