There are some benefits from the programs begun by President Obama that many Americans are unaware they are personally benefitting from. These changes have benefitted the elderly,children and college students. Insurance programs continue to try too exclude patients and to short change them while increasing costs to their subscribers. The cost of the Iraq war would have easily covered health care for all Americans.
