Who said they’re eating them? There are other uses for cattle.

Evolution has no aim and it happens on each level of the creation or each level of the so-called “food-chain”. Our decision to be Vegetarians or not is of much less importance than we might hope.

A decision to reduce meat-consumption, on the other hand, will be of much bigger impact than most of us want to know. It is a necessity just like “using energy, when it is available”. This is in contrast to “making available what makes us feel comfortable”.

This cartoon is quite good in many respects. ;-)

If vegetarians eat vegetables, then humanitarians obviously eat humans. (Actually, from a medical point of view, the human digestive tract was not designed to handle meat.)

So those don’t look more like “pies” than steaks to anyone else? Hence the embarrassment. And why else would they be green!

A) The human digestive tract was not “designed”. B) If we weren’t equipped to digest meat then we wouldn’t eat it.
