I have a feeling there is no female Beagle, it’s all Snoopy’’s fantasy.

As my name says, I am a fan, but, growing up, I didn’t see every story line and have forgotten many. I have NO recollection of this story and am also greatly enjoying it. Can’t wait to see where it leads!

He is just taking after his owner (remember Emily Chuck’s imaginary girlfriend?).

I take it someone got edited out of the comments? That’s good that someone looks through them. Kids come here, too. It’s too bad people can’t be grown up enough to be civil in a public forum. Then again, what else is new.

I seem to remember Snoopy skating with a young girl who I believe was identified as Peggy Fleming, at least it was a claim Snoopy would later make. Snoopy himself wanted to compete in the 1968 Winter Olympics, where Fleming won a gold medal.

This is just one of multiplt strips that have only been published since Schulz’ death. In general I’d say tho he used good sense in deciding which strips to publish in books

These must be the LOST strips. I think it’s cute seeing Snoopy skate and be so in love. Charlie Brown should be more understanding of Snoopy. He looks like a real nut laying on that doghouse.

Look’s like Snoopy’s finally getting some action.(or is it an imaginary girlfriend?)

The last panel is classic. I’d love to buy it on a poster.

I thought you needed beagle ears to hold yourself on a doghouse roof!

Maybe a cap with ear flaps will do in a pinch?

I’m glad that it’s not just me…I’ve been reading Peanuts and collecting the books since I was a child, and I’ve never seen this particular storyline!
