You win! Easily the stupidest thing I’ve heard today. You actually believe that the majority of people standing up to the corporations that have stolen our democracy and allocated all the profits to the top 1% of people will make things worse? Truly stupid! Nice job.

“Capitalism” IS creating a new wealthy class, and “millionaires” at a rate in China, Russia, and other “commie” nations faster than here in the U.S., and “employment” is also rising faster. Proclaiming that economic subjugation of class in America is any less destructive to the “human spirit” than other forms of totalitarian control, misses a few points.

“All” the wealthy don’t need to be eaten, or beaten, but those among their class unwilling to share what they’ve benefitted from by living in THIS COUNTRY, are the ones who perhaps should be. Silver spoons have become toxic to those who inherited, or by pure luck, or criminality and greed, acquired them. It IS interesting that those who’ve done the least “honest work” to obtain wealth, ARE the ones least willing to consider truly sharing.

Just as a note: the last reliable stats on labor unrest in China indicate that in 2005 , China experienced over 100,000 mutinies by industrial laborers . We are talking whole city uprisings. We just don’t hear about it because of the tight censorship there.

HAHAHAHAHA! China controls its economy centrally. It is, in fact, a Communist capitalist state. And it is very appealing to a number of members of the GOP, because the workers have no rights at all.

I’m not sure I know what the point was but I do know that when an underdeveloped nation begins the industrialization process, “sweat shops” as we know them are unavoidable and necessary. My grandmother worked in such an American sweat shop when 9 years old. She helped keep the family together and fed. When we force foreign sweat shops to close, the people of that nation are the ones hurt. Americans don’t realize that it takes time for a country to get to a level of prosperity where working conditions can improve. As for China, I’m not supporting the government at all. It is a dictatorship and the people have no rights. I have read articles written by Chinese Americans that predict a revolution against the authoritarian rule may soon come.
