Do what everyone else is having to do in this economy, make a job for yourself at work. Take on all the little projects everyone else hates to do and in no time at all you’ll have too much to do.
I always took on extra jobs at work even before this economy- That’s why I learned to write menus and programs for AutoCAD even back before it went to Windows (now it uses other programs and in my 70s I can’t learn C+ or such – I tried!
I wish they’d stop with this. We know the economy’s bad. I for one don’t want to keep being reminded even when reading the comics. I’m going to remove this one from my list for awhile, I think. some people don’t do well with constant anxiety and looking for trouble even if in some cases it might not even be there.
