Have to agree w/Whmill- commercial baked goods are all horrid! I bake much of what I eat and plan to do more as weather cools. I eat very few sweets (always have my daily ration of dark chocolate). I recently had some cream which had just reached expiration, so made some unsweetened eggnog icecream with vanilla and rum and freshly grated nutmeg-so I’m having some of that once or twice a week also. Good use of that!
