This reminds me of the time when my parents and I went to town. Our dog Winston was never allowed on our furniture. Upon returning, for some reason Winston did not hear us come into the house. We found him sitting on my dad’s chair, in a very “human” pose, with one paw resting on the arm rest. As he turned and noticed our presence, the look of alarm on his previously contented face, was priceless. He quickly got off the chair with a look of ( “I can’t believe I didn’t hear them come in”) shock on his face.
