If they want kids to read, they should bribe them with snacks, cash, etc. In my school, you get invited to an ice cream social (Which means you get to miss class) if you read ten books over the summer.

Libraries have changed.Mine has activities for the kids where they don’t have to be quiet. They also have parties where snacks are served. You can only eat them where the activity is, not around the whole libray. For teens once a months they they have Wii parties.
