Some times the ACLU takes on such unpopular causes they earn the rap… and I totally disagree with their “separation of church and state” position that has us removing all religious emblems from public places lest they appear to endorse a religion… except no one’s trying to make the Supreme Court take down all the religious emblems and symbols on their courthouse.

So, which religion is favored when the 10 Commandments are posted? Judaism? Unitarians? Trinitarians? Catholics? Mormons?
Besides, having such displays only endorses a religion in the mind of a nitpicking lawyer, not a “reasonable man” which is the usual legal standard.
