Seems if you really had a toothache, it would be hard NOT to focus on it!

I would never call a dentist for an after hours emergency unless I lost a tooth in an accident, and time was of the essence. Toothaches don’t typically just suddenly appear after hours. With some ibuprofen, those should wait until the next day.
