The bald eagle is good at fishing, but is actually a scavenger most of the time. Our population today still makes you wonder if Ben Franklin wasn’t right in naming the turkey the national bird. Even though today’s turkeys are dumber than the wild ones he was familiar with, it might be even more appropriate?
