I thought some people might like to read the Sunday strip that was skipped between yesterday’s strip and the one today. It’s unrelated to both story arcs, but still very funny. Why does GoComics skip the Sundays in these reruns?
Who’s bright idea was it to bring Bill along? Simply show up and tell the committee what they want to hear. In a couple of days everyone will forget about the hearings, and Congress can claim they “investigated” the problem.
The classic bit of testimony was—IIRC—the banter between Dee Snyder (of Twisted Sister) and Slade Gorton (Idiot-WA). Dee left him for dead ….. roadkill!
