Swine flu, pork is made from various and sundry parts of swine, a group which includes piglets, pigs, hogs, sows and boars. Now if you really want a traditional Thanksgiving, like the pilgrims, you need to include several eel dishes and oyster dressing. I have never heard of eel flu, and am allergic to oysters and crackers.
