Cathy, how many times do I have to tell you that men just don’t care about such things? We “arrive first and are so well-rested” because we don’t spend a week overthinking the journey before we’ve even begun it! EYEROLL

I’m sure we’re all thinking the same thing so I’ll just say hello to legaleagle48, lightenup and the rest of the Cathy “nuts”, it’s actually almost 3am here. I took a nap earlier because my son came back from a football game that was 3 hours away at 1am. About to try to go back to sleep.

I hope Irving wears a hat or puts sunscreen on his head. I had a sunburn on my head once. Although it was just the part, not the rest of the head, it was still painful. Even on a partly cloudy day you should wear sunscreen. Overcast skies should be towards the gray to be “safe” for bald heads. lol

Cathy’s and Irving’s comments don’t even create a battle of the sexes. They create a battle of a nutjob against the rest of the sane (not a great word to describe Irving, but at least here he’s sane).

Morning Susan I have woken up. In theory. Hi lightenup later than sooner since it’s Saturday. Mom! glad to see you again last night. BTW, you can use muffin tins (cheaper than specialized bowls) for the molten cakes. I use a six-muffin muffin tin and can get 12 molten cakes from the same batter instead of 6.

We off to play basketball. One good thing about having college buds as friends is they get up late on a Saturday too.

I’m often jealous of how men can jump in the shower, put on some clothes, and go. Men often tell us that we can do that too, that we look just beautiful without make-up and hairdos and cute clothes, but I’m one of those who enjoys taking the time to “fix up” a little. Any of you ladies with me on that? I’m also jealous of any of ladies who can be showered and out of the house in ten minutes, but I don’t think I’m likely to change! Hope everyone is enjoying their Saturday!

We do follow directions Cathy — quite often and quite precisely. YOU dear are the issue here. Even obsessing is not an accurate word for what our favorite little nutjob does.

Actually Aaron I fuss for 3 1/2 minutes more. I don’t want to be like Cathy.

I, too, am with Irving on this one. A suit is a suit is a suit, right?

Hope you’re all having a nice weekend.

Hi Cathyites!!For once (and I hate to admit it), but Irving is right. Find something cute that you already have, put a little time into YOUR hair, and go.

I’m with Irving on this too. In defense of women’s shopping, our clothing manufacturers should be strung up and shot for refusing to standardize sizes. I tried on 25 pairs of khaki pants this week to find 3 that approximately fit. Of those pants (all the same size), 8 were 3 or more inches too large and 11 were 3 or more inches too small. Of course we spend more time shopping than men do. I hate shopping, and it still takes an absurd amount of time, because nothing fits. And heaven forbid that our pants have belt loops, that would make it too easy to wear pants that do not exactly, precisely fit.
