Wow, I think Cathy and I rolled our eyes at the same time. Lord help me if Cathy and I are on the same wavelength… Group therapy, anyone? @hendelca – I don’t know if you go back to check yesterday’s posts, so I’ll ask today… What kind of software do you develop? My husband and I have always worked for software companies and are kind of geeky, so I’m always interested in that sort of work.
Wow. It’s interesting that later on we get to find out that all of that stuff Irving is eating turns out to be just as bad for you as the “normal” junk food is. Cathy is right to give an eyeroll here. lol
We’re not football fans at all in my house, but we’ll have the game on as background (and to watch the commercials). I plan to make chili anyway, so that’s about it for us. How about you? You’re in NYC, so I assume you’ll be watching?

Good evening, Aaron, Dr. Billy, lightenup, K.F.G., Susan, rgcviper, gmforde, hendelca, lindz.coop and all the rest of the Cathy fanatics joining us here tonight. As always, good to “see” you all! :-)
Our favorite NFL team is the Indianapolis Colts. (Wow! Turns out Peyton Manning really IS a “one-man team” isn’t he?!?!). When the Colts aren’t playing in the Super Bowl, we just mainly watch it for some of the great commercials they have (anyone seen the new Honda commercial yet with Matthew Broderick reprising his “Ferris Bueller” movie role? Fabulous!). And while the Colts may not be in the Super Bowl this year, at least there’s still ONE Manning playing in it though so we’ll be rooting for Peyton’s little brother playing for the N.Y. Giants to win! ;-)
For the night owls (lindz.coop and KFG ‘specially) tune in tomorrow for some cool news about Dr. Billy in the a.m. Just a head’s up in case either one of us sleeps in or we’re out shooting hoops until later in the a.m. Actually, more likely we’re working at the soup kitchen but it depends on if they need us.
@ Lightenup Actually I’m seriously considering going into neurosurgery (that’s brain surgeon)…..and when I go the the windy city I’ll be able to meet North America’s top neurosurgeons…..and see if it’s really for me, of maybe I’ll just go into Peds…..stil not sure….anyway…I’m off for the whole weekend!!!….Back to work Monday…
LOL…the first panel looks like my lunch except for the energy gel……yeah most people that are ‘on the move’ eat that…i crave a home-cooked meal quite often……I love to cook and when I have the time, it’s purdy yummy :)..Happy Weekend to Lightenup, Billy, Aaron, Gretch’s ma, Viperdude, Susan, lindzcoop, gmforde and all ye other Cathy nuts that can (sometimes) understand her…LOL :D
