back then, 5 gigs was fairly large :) I remember having a computer with a 2 gig and a 3 gig, and i thought it was amazing :)

They thought 5 GB would hold every letter or report you’d ever write on it.

First PC based machine I used had 5-1/4" floppies and no hard drive – just having two floppy drives was amazing back in the early ‘80s. First machine I purchased was around 10 years later, with a 130 MB hard drive and I couldn’t imagine how I would ever fill it.
