Another one of us old enough to remember that radio program!

BOY, does that bring back the memories. One Halloween my mom made me a whole Sergeant Preston Mountie uniform to go trick-or-treating in. Unfortunately everybody knew who I was because my mom was the only person in the whole neighborhood with the skill to make that uniform!

Well King, this case is closed.

Big Chief, I remember Dudley Do-Right and I mean the Jay Ward cartoon, not that dreck of a movie starring Branden Fraiser!

So, is King a “Bird-dog”?

or is he nothing but a hound dog?

Then there’s “Sky King,” and “Chun King Chow Mein.” A few more kings from yesteryear.

Baslim - I loved listening to that radio show replayed here in So. Cal. on 1070 KNX when they had a classic radio show hour.

whmlll and algurka - It’s just The King & I. Also, Chicken ala King was big in the late 1960’s.

My favorite is the Nosmo King!

At least the food is not MADE of King.

Preston of the YUKON. Which considering marketing ignorance, GM puts out the “Yukon Denali” monster land-destroyer SUV- Denali is in Alaska, not the Yukon, but those “freeway flyers” in L.A. will call it “back country” travel.
