Face it Andy-it’s a good idea.

And Peter wears his hat to bed?

Peter very rarely, if ever, takes his hat off, garfield246.

And I don’t think Andi’s one bit amused. Peter had better fess up, and pronto!

Sorry, Mr Amend, very few carbs in that meal, so won’t cause huge weight gain. Now, it he was to eat nothing but spaghetti, bread, drink gallons of milk, & have lots of candy & cake for desert, the pounds will ‘pile on’ quite quickly!

@eoines43 I figure Roger will eat all that stuff too to pile the pounds.

eoines43: Roger’s gullible, not a dietitian — and with that breakfast he’s more likely to get a heart attack than a weight gain …

    Roger’s already a big loser.

He’s smart enough to think up such a crafty scheme yet not a clue there’s no way this’ll get past mom. Teenagers, can’t live with ‘em.

I think that Andy is considering a ‘flambe’ with Peter being the guest of ‘honor’.

However, now that he mentioned it, where did I put that avocado …

If Dad is rich, there could be an inheritance for his children. However, he is actually more valuable alive than dead.

garfield246: that’s not a hat; it’s an odd deformity of Peter’s head. Andy still hasn’t completely recovered from his birth.

I wonder if the prize money is enough to cover the plastic surgery you need to remove excess skin after losing that much weight. There was a news item a while ago about a woman who lost a huge amount of weight, and was left with folds of skin hanging all over her body. The plastic surgery she NEEDED was deemed “cosmetic”, and therefore not covered by insurance. She was considering gaining the weight back just to fill out her skin – it would look better that way…

Hey, wash it down like any good, ole American guy! Lots of Cola made with High Fructose Corn Syrup. That adds calories by the tons. As for fat - his gall bladder would soon make him puke up his guts. It’s the gall bladder that deals with fat and too much is toooooo much for the little enzyme maker. It rebels rather quickly and in a backwards, up chucking way.

My my. So many people quibbling over dieting and food stuff. Are comics strips meant to be about jokes and gags?

The trade off of being on the “biggest loser” is that you’re away from the family and job for an indefinite period of time. Better hope that the job and family are still there when he get’s back…

Funny comic if not taken too seriously…
