Cambridge is a congested city; there aren’t any trailer parks there the same way that there aren’t trailer parks in Manhattan or Pittsburgh or Miami or St. Louis or just about any other city.

It’s not clear to me why John Kerry would be involved in zoning issues in Cambridge, MA.. God may watch every little sparrow (and local zoning issue), but I doubt that U S Senators do.

“Sen. Kerry” is just some kind of soupnuts shorthand for socialism or fluoridation or whatever’s boiling their bedpans this week.
