@no1scouse; Since the kids in this strip appear to be about 11-12 years old, they fall under U.S. U12 Youth Soccer rules. U12 rules mandate 7 players on the field, plus the keeper on each side

I believe a previous strip had them on the 9-10 year-old swimming team, but I agree they seem a little older than that.
