Baslim- several similar devices are in the works, but my friends who are para or quad, would, in the vast majority, see more embryonic stem cell research paid for to restore nerve tissue, like in the spinal chord.
Prosthetics have improved greatly as a result of “war” and the tremendous increase in survival rates of multiple amputees, and TBI- but it’s still a poor “learning lesson” to start senseless wars, and destroy lives, to “advance”.
