Cheap at twice the price for the NRA and manufacturers. Those like Remington going for bankruptcy as sales died when Trump was elected to protect gunowners, so they stopped stockpiling.

The House on Thursday passed legislation that would amend the Americans with Disabilities Act over objections from disability rights advocates and Democratic leaders, who warned that the bill would remove incentives for businesses to comply with the law.

Activists say the bill, if enacted, would essentially gut the ADA’s provisions dealing with public accommodations by removing any incentive that businesses have to comply with the law before a complaint is filed.

The bill would effectively gut the ADA, detractors argue. Without a fear of being sued, businesses might be inclined to ignore ADA compliance rules. Critics of the bill also believe people with disabilities should not bear the responsibility of making sure businesses are compliant with the law.

“Instead of expecting businesses to own the responsibility of complying with civil rights laws, it shifts the burden to the individual who is being denied access,” the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) wrote in a letter to congressional representatives on Thursday

Disability activist were forcibly removed from the house Thursday when they disrupted the meeting and vote from the gallery. Severely handicapped folks were arrested for standing up for what they believe.

I think Stormy should reveal the terms of her non-disclosure agreement. If she has a copy with a signature from Trump or his attorney, even better.

Trump would then have to chose: If he sues her for violating the non-disclosure terms, then he’d be admitting that the contract isn’t fake.

There must be some one or organization that would be willing to pay her $130,000 + for her story, non-disclosure be damned.

Stormy didn’t do too bad for 3 minutes of work.

Since Trump’s idiot lawyer said he paid her, she is now free to speak.

Lets not forget Playboy playmate Karen McDougal. She reportedly was paid $150,000 by National Enquirer publisher American Media, Inc. for the story, which never ran. Another affair. American Media is led by David Pecker, who is reported to be a close friend of Trump. Trump was a busy guy. Slime of a feather stick together. The evangelicals must be so proud of Trump. What a great guy! In Trump’s world it’s just fine to lie, cheat, steal etc. Do whatever it takes to get what you want. Teaching our kids the American way. Madness!

I understand that Stormy Daniels claims that the revelation of payment by the attorney who paid her voids the non-disclosure agreement, which is why she’s talking. Could that be the explanation for the payment? Lawyer was supposed to be reimbursed, got stiffed a la Trump fashion, and got sweet revenge?
