On Twitter… Tony seems a bit mixed up.

He has posted repeats of several recent strips, with mixed up questions.

Including yesterday’s…. with its proper question…..

which was “Ever have one of those days?”

And today’s question…. big surprise….

is yesterday’s “What is irony?”

I’m not really sure that IS the right question for yesterday’s strip about Elliot’s idea for the toaster…

But today’s does make more sense for today.

There were a lot of good answers posted for it….

I just want to add that “irony” is also a descriptive word….

as in…. I don’t own fussy clothes like ruffled silk blouses that are all… you know…. like, iron-y and stuff.

Definitely nothing in the Alanis Morrisette song. Coincidental, yes. Ironic, no.

It certainly took long enough to come to that realization.

Took him long enough to come to that conclusion. I did somewhat faster. At 17. though I really didn’t articulate it till then. But had been known since long before me.I believe that it was Socrates who first talked about not knowing anything. That the more he learned the more he was aware of his gross ignorance.
