    {Off the cartoon’s topic:}

    TRUMPISTIC TERGIVERSATIONS – {rhyme and coda}

    He changes his colors as does a chameleon,

    to mimic the mood in the room, …

    … and his logic’s not sound, not Aristotelian

    {to say the least}. – We presume

    that President Trump’s a defective schlemielian

    with the IQ of a gaseous fume.

    … Coda:

    The mind of this mental dwarf

    undergoes a continual morph.

    Trumpish tergiversation

    underserves yuugely our nation.

    Continue his clean coal policy?

    “ …

    “The growth in corporate procurement, despite political and economic barriers, demonstrates the importance of environmental, social and governance issues for companies,” said Kyle Harrison, a corporate energy strategy analyst for BNEF. “The main driver is there are so many more companies demanding it. Large financial institutions have entered the space, and they’re big buyers.”

    The Trump administration’s rollback of U.S. environmental policies have actually emboldened some companies to buy more clean power in a bid to fight climate change in the absence of federal policy. Alphabet Inc.’s Google and Facebook are among those that have agreed to climate pledges. Companies that have committed to buying 100 percent of their power from clean energy resources include JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Goldman Sachs Group Inc.

    …”

    But, wait, isn’t Obama supposed to be responsible for all the problems that Trump is experiencing? I’m confused now.

    {Off the cartoon’s topic:}

    DESCRIBING THIS PRESIDENT – {rhyme}

    A range of descriptors apply

    to this prez, this perplexing guy: -

    - Some of the meanings of “Feckless”,

    plus some of the meanings of “Reckless”.

    And “Stubborn”, – tho’ often he “Vacillates”

    on whatever-the-hey he advocates.

    His "Character” is bad, – and in many an act

    he seems “Psychologically” not intact.

    I see that “corruption” is listed but not “collusion” or “perversion.” Then again, those last two mostly occurred before he lied while he was taking the oath of office……..

    How about if Donny going for a record number of mulligans, both moral and political? I’m quite sure the religious and GOP right wings will allow Donny any number of “moral” and political mulligans he wishes to take.
