“Oh no, not again…”

A new species. Neither Republican or Democrat. A Trumpocrat?

A lot of people in media seem to think of Trump as an aberration, not really what the Republican Party is about. Sorry, but he’s exactly what the party is about. There’s a reason why with a dozen-plus candidates for president they couldn’t find anybody better than him. All the stuff he’s been doing in office, like stacking the courts with ideologues, filling cabinet positions with people who are opposed to the missions of their agencies, cutting taxes for billionaire contributors, deliberately provoking conflict with foreign regimes, palling around with white supremacists — it’s the same stuff Republican administrations have been doing for decades. Trump is just a lot more inept when it comes to covering it all up.

Doctor: Mr. President, there was a mistake in your recent physical exam and we need you to come back in.

President: Why, what did you screw up this time?

Doc: Remember that cognitive function test we performed? It was for chimpanzees.

Prez: You’re fired.

Republicans put a parasite in the White House and now it has shut down the government, bwa ha ha!!

Well, the doctor who gave Drumpf such a clean bill of health is a Naval officer, and the US Navy has had more than its share of screw ups over the past 18 months. I just add this exam to that side of the column… Navy SNAFU. (OBTW, I am a 4th generation navy spouse, USNA.) “Go Navy=Beat Army!”
