I have 2 kinds of arthritus, the stiff achy kind in my back and hips that made it so hard for me to move that I ended up on disability, and painful arthritus in my ankles that can keep me awake at night if I don’t get my painkillers (tylenol 3 with codine). The weather doesn’t seem to affect my back and hips, but in cold damp weather my ankles scream like banshees.
