Yep, you’d rather have me on your jury than some slob that couldn’t bother to consider the facts (or didn’t have the ability to ignore the man behind the curtain).
When I lived in rural Oregon, I did jury duty almost every year; now I live in the Portland metro area and haven’t been called up for over eight years.
Got called three times….the first two, I’d moved from the county where I was called….the third I told the judge I’d read too much about the case and could not render an unbiased verdict…..I was more of the Judge Roy Bean type…send that guilty so and so in here for a fair trial!!!

Been called to ‘jury duty’ twice, both times it was a waste—didn’t even get to see the court room ! ! !
